3. After-sale service

You need to make sure that after buying an AED, you will know exactly how to use and have no difficulty maintaining this device. An AED needs to be well monitored and needs to be activated as soon as it is needed. Therefore, make sure that the supplier will assist you not only in the selection of the equipment, but also with the instructions for use, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and other services whenever you need.
